Harrington Park School promotes several walk/bike to school days throughout the school year to promote health, safety and a cleaner environment. Even those who live a far distance from school are encouraged to drive part of the way and walk the rest of the way!
Wednesday, October 7th, 2015 was “Walk/Bike to School Day” at Harrington Park School and was hosted by the school’s Student Council. 
Students who participated were greeted by student council members and had their hands stamped. By the hand counts – over 90% of the school community participated!
The fifth grade had the most participation and “won” an extra recess! Way to go, students.
