Two solar powered flashing crossing signs were installed at the intersection of Lafayette and Schlemm Drive on Friday August 7th.
In early June three ADA accessible curb cuts were created and the crosswalk was striped.
As noted in a previous post, this work is being paid for by a NJDOT crossing safety grant.
When Lafayette (a county road) was repaved 2 years ago, the plan was to improve the 30 year old crossing to the Swim Club access road and the project is now completed.
