In the fall, Garden Club members harvested and enjoyed raspberries, strawberries, tomatoes, potatoes, carrots, lettuce, beans, onions and garlic. Students saved carrot seeds this year and are planning to plant comparison carrot plots.
This spring Club members have already planted some beds with peas, lettuce, carrots and spinach.
On this year’s list to plant are: onions, tomatoes, peppers, lettuce, spinach, peas, radishes, strawberries, raspberries and more! The Club is also planting a pumpkin patch this year and will be doing targeted projects over the summer.
