The Harrington Park Recycling Center will be closed on Sunday Dec 23, Christmas Day, Sunday Dec 30 and New Years Day. It will close early on Christmas Eve and on New Year’s Eve
There will be regular curbside trash pickup on Wed Dec 26 and Wed Jan 2.
Thursday Curbside recycling is – cans/bottles/plastic on Dec 27 and – Paper/cardboard on Jan 3 (would make more sense the other way! )

Regifting is a great way to pass on something you don’t want; there are boxes aby recycling for the Salvation Army and other charities who will take unwanted household goods, think of the local thrift stores…”freecycle” the item(s) or look at the Bergen County Utilities Authority (BCUA) web site, www.bcua.org, for information about recycling, and computer and electronics collections.
