BCUA

The Bergen County Utilities Authority (BCUA) is a public utility that provides wastewater treatment and solid waste management services for much of Bergen County. Their web site,www.bcua.org, has information about recycling, wastewater treatment, collection of household hazardous waste, computer and electronics collections, and tire collections.  A list of dates is posted at the HP Recycling Center and is found on the calendar at this website.

NEXT Household Hazardous Waste Collection Day
On Saturday, Sept. 11, 2010, the BCUA will be conducting a household hazardous waste collection day at Bergen County Campgaw Mountain Reservation, 200 Campgaw Rd., Mahwah, between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM, rain or shine.  Click here for additional information and directions. Computer and Electronics Recycling Program, Tire Recycling, Paper Shredding November 6, 2010   9:00 am – 2:00 pm

On Saturday, Nov. 6, 2010  the BCUA will be conducting a computer and electronics recycling program,  a tire recycling program, and a mobile shredding recycling program at Bergen County Campgaw Mountain Reservation, 200 Campgaw Rd., in Mahwah, between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM, rain or shine.
